They sent me a faulty card that didn't work. After several attempts to use it I finally contacted them and was told the card was faulty.
It took several weeks to receive the replacement card. Then when I went to use it I found out they charged me $6.00 in fees for inactivity when they sent me a card that didn't work.
Preferred solution: Refund of fees.

I was awarded 2 tokens from mistplay and I redeemed them using the link, after having trouble with the use of the virtual visa gift cards one for $25 and the 2nd for $10 I called in, was told that I would have no problem using them at the grocery store, but when I did they were declined and blocked. I called customer service and was yelled at, then I tried reaching out on chat and was further disrespected and the guy couldn't even tell me where they can be used. Instead spoke to me like I'm a child.

Preferred solution: The $45 in gift cards replaced with a gift card that is an actual visa and works.
